The current interior office plan provides open entry, seven private offices, conference room and two lavatories reported at 3,600 square feet. Additional engineering and inspection space is noted at 900 square feet. Also noted is multiple stall shop lavatories and employee lunch room. The older office finish reflects carpet, extensive oak trim, drywall walls and suspended acoustic tile ceiling. Tubular fluorescent lighting is noted as well as overhead heating and cooling. The balance of the building provides for three open shop/warehouse areas. The southeast portion of the building, approximately 15,600 square feet was renovated in 2013 for precision manufacturing. It is fully climate controlled with four rooftop units, polished concrete floors, high intensity lighting and new wall and ceiling finishes. The two remaining shop areas report overhead lighting and exposed steel framing. Minimal column spacing is observed. The mechanicals in the shop area include radiant tubular heating units and makeup air unit. Various electric buss ducts are observed in addition to airlines. A 48’ x 60’ or 2,880 square foot portion on the north side of the building is leased on a monthly basis. They have one overhead service door and exterior entry door.
